NEW for AUTUMN/WINTER in the HIGH STREET

The shops are filling up with the new season's stock.  The main 'looks' taken from the designer catwalk shows last year and re-interpreted into the high street are:-
Hobbs

Dark Romance - Black and dark reds and puples, lace netting and sheer fabrics
Fifties  -  Grace Kelly inspired, elegant, peplem and dropped waists.
British Heritage  -  Tweed suiting, plaid skirts, chunky knits and quilted jackets
New Baroque  -  Bold prints, rich gold trimming and braiding, velvet, embellishments
Military  -  Jackets and coats with brass buttons, epaulettes mainly in Khaki and black
Leather and Fur - Leather trousers, dresses, jackets and fur jackets and gillets

The main colours you will notice are 'berry' colours greens and black and white.  Whatever your individual colour, you will find a perfect shade to suit you.

Hobbs
Coats are quite tailored and classic.  There are many trench coats some classic designs other have been updated and are available in many colours.

Mix textures and layer using scarves and colours.

This photo from Pure last February shows a tweed shift dress with a drop waist and the model is wearing a fur jacket.
